Last week before the Royal Castle in Warsaw, Poland, U.S. President Joe Biden at the end of his speech gave a series of statements that raised the temperature of relations between his country and Russia by stating that Putin should no longer be in power. These comments immediately provoked warnings from Moscow of a possible diplomatic rift between the United States and Russia. 

On the other hand, he promised that NATO will defend “every inch” of the territory of its member states and that it will provide full support to the Ukrainian forces, although he pointed out that the US Army will not intervene directly in the territory.
