This Thursday Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau held a meeting with NATO leaders to discuss the possibility of contributing more weapons and defense supplies to Ukraine. Despite the announced commitment, Defense Minister Anita Anand has warned that the availability of donated weapons and military equipment from Canada’s military is drying up much faster than expected.

In the past, Trudeau had stated as part of his government’s plans to increase the defense and security budget to make up for the amount of spending.
